He obtained his MBBS from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore, followed by an MD in Paediatrics from Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, B.G. Nagara, Mandya District. He further specialized with a Fellowship in Perinatal Medicine (Neonatology) from Cloud Nine Institute, Jayanagar, under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

With over 11 years of experience, Dr. Murali has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at East Point College of Medical Sciences, Bangalore. He also worked as an Assistant Professor and NICU In-charge at Sri Devraj Urs Medical College, Kolar. Additionally, he has been a Consultant Paediatrician at Shreyas Maternity Home, Hoskote, Bangalore Rurals, for six years.
